A reminder that UK Export Finance, the UK’s export credit agency which helps exporters of UK goods and services to win business and UK firms to invest overseas, can help member companies’ meet their trading ambitions. They support all companies from SMEs to corporations, however an estimated 81% of support is utilised by SMEs, and exports to 200+ countries.
They offer a range of products to help UK businesses, including: buyer finance to provide attractive terms for overseas buyers of UK goods, thus helping exporters offer more competitive terms; exporter guarantees to give companies confidence to fulfil contracts and take on more contracts with dedicated support; and offer insurance to help companies manage risk, especially in challenging markets, to ensure they get paid even if the private market cannot offer insurance.
