Over the last few months, we have been working to create an App that will enable you to download and view content for our forthcoming Joint Working Party and Regulatory Affairs Working Party seminars being held between Wednesday 12 October – Friday 14 October 2022 at The Belfry Resort and Hotel, Lichfield Road, The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield. B76 9PR.
The App will give attendees access to seminar content including agendas, the ability to book sessions, information on breakout sessions, with user profiles that will allow members to participate in the event.
What do I have to do?
o Members download the App from the store (Apple or Google). Please note that at present the App is in the process of being verified via Google, the link will be available to members within the next few days.
o Members will register and are then authenticated.
o Then you will be able to see the conference overview (as per image) and view the schedule / book.
o If you have already booked days 1 and /or days 2&3 via Eventbrite then your email address is checked against the email used on the App to match and then you can see further booking options as per the WP sessions on day 1 and breakout sessions on day 3.
o Navigation can be done through the hamburger menu, back arrow (when available) and calendar.
o Within the description of the event are links to the various speakers for their biographies.
o Other functions are available via the hamburger menu.
