BIVDA Salary & Benefits Survey
The BIVDA Salary & Benefits Survey is run annually and is exclusively available to BIVDA members. It provides a validated source of industry-wide accurate and objective market data on rates of pay and other terms and conditions of employment, taking the needs of both large and smaller companies into account.
In order to ensure the confidentiality of the data that participants provide, and to provide an expert service, the survey is run on behalf of BIVDA by Alan Jones & Associates, specialists in salary and benefit surveys.
Further information regarding the survey and an electronic version of the job descriptions and questionnaire (which are also attached) can be found on the Alan Jones & Associates website at: http://www.alan-jones.co.uk/salarysurveys/BIVDA-survey.php. Following consultation with participants, we have expanded the survey to include production, technical and warehousing/logistics (the job description for these new jobs are to be found in the Excel questionnaire).
The survey has been designed in partnership with HR professionals in BIVDA member companies to ensure it provides information needed in formulating and implementing their pay and benefit policies. The BIVDA group defined the list of jobs.
The survey is available to participants only – to receive the report you must submit your own pay data – and is competitively priced at £595 (+ VAT); with companies being invoiced after the survey results have been published. The survey subscription entitles you to a customised survey output, access to the on-line survey results/analysis functionality at all times and a benefits section of the survey which includes all key benefits, e.g. holidays, sick pay, pension, medical insurance, parental benefits, flexible benefits, flexible working, employee wellbeing initiatives, etc.
