BIVDA will be closed for the Christmas period from Christmas Eve until Tuesday 4th January.
Both Doris-Ann and Helen will be monitoring their own email addresses for any urgent issues, but the membership and enquiries email addresses won’t be regularly looked at.
We are working normal hours until Christmas Eve, so please contact team members as usual. Doris-Ann will be out of the office from Friday 17th December, and Helen will be your main point of contact. Helen will be returning on Monday 10th January with Doris-Ann or Nat being your main points of contact.
The 2022 Renewals process will be started on Thursday 6th January 2022 for completion by 31st January 2022.
We have further improved our renewal process, and you will be receiving a renewal email in the New Year with a more streamlined and simplified process for you to complete. Any feedback on this will be welcomed to make sure it works well for our members!
Please make sure that your main contact details are correct, and if renewals need to be sent to other colleagues then you let Nat know where to address them to.
We have a full and varied programme scheduled for next year. Our planned programme includes work on the UK regulations, the UK diagnostics strategy and UK manufacturing capability, continuing work with Covid-19, AMR, Adoption of Innovation, NHS procurement, Sustainability, UKHSA liaison, Advanced Cancer Diagnosis, IVDR and much more!
The training programme for next year will be issued in early 2022.
We also support member companies of any size with day-to-day requirements. We are member led and agenda led, so if any member would like us to take up something either individually or sector based, please contact Helen for it to be dialled into the workstreams.
