BIVDA is preparing an advocacy plan in the lead-up to the next general election, expected to take place in Autumn 2024. Over the next twelve months, we will be engaging in bespoke activities with stakeholders across all political parties to ensure IVDs remain a key part of their health and science plans.
As the industry’s representative body, we would like to ask our members to participate in this process. To note, this exercise is separate to our stakeholder perception project undertaken by Ipsos. To help inform our strategy, we would like to ask for your feedback on the following questions:
- What are your key priorities for the next government, in support of the IVD industry?
- What support do you require from the next government?
- What concerns do you harbour about current or future policy?
- Do you have any opinions regarding a future Labour or Conservative Government?
Please email your feedback to email@example.com.
We appreciate this is a time of political uncertainty, however, as minds begin to sharpen ahead the election, this also marks a period of great opportunity. We look forward to your contributions and hope to hear back from companies of all sizes.
