The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), along with the Office for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Standards and Internet Governance (DSIG), are leading a research project into how Research and Development (R&D) for AI is commercialised and brought to market.
Oxford Insights and Cambridge Econometrics are the research consultants that have been commissioned to explore “the ways ‘technology transfer’ happens for AI, and are seeking to conduct interviews with those with knowledge of the industry”.
Individuals with experience of the AI development ecosystem, Innovate UK and other funding programmes have been invited to attend an interview slot to discuss the subject.
Interviews will typically last 45 mins – 1 hour, according to a Government press release.
