We’re pleased to announce that we’ve recently passed our QMS review in ISO: 9001 Quality Management Systems which focuses on our processes and procedures. Over the course of the audit we were audited on our Quality Management System which was conducted by a QMS consultant. The consultant recognised our efforts in creating a Quality Management System which monitors and controls the access of internal documentation within BIVDA. It was noted that our attitude and awareness to the overall support of our core principles and values has continued to improve; elements of the business have been revised and improved which is helping us to create a concise and efficient approach to how we work as an organisation.
