ECHA recommends eight substances for REACH authorisation
To protect workers and the environment, we recommend that the European Commission adds eight substances, including lead, to the REACH Authorisation List. Once substances are added to the list, companies will need to apply for authorisation to continue using them.

The Recycled Plastic Materials Regulation (No. 2022/1616) has been added to EUCLEF, replacing the repealed Food Contact Recycled Plastic Materials and Articles Regulation (No. 282/2008).
In addition, the Cosmetics Products Regulation, Plant Protection Products Regulation and Inland Transport of Dangerous Goods Directive have been updated.
