DEFRA has opened a consultation on a draft of a statutory instrument that will amend the PCBs Regulations. Due to the organisational-specific nature of questions, members are encouraged to respond directly if they think they will be impact proposed changes to the polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) regulations. This consultation is open until 30 June.
