Dear Members, reminder that the EU ECGT (Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition) legislation which modifies the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005/29/EC should be transposed to national law by 27th March 2026, and applies from 27th September 2026.
