The Gates Foundation: Innovative Diagnostic Devices for Priority Conditions Impacting LMICs

By June 3, 2025No Comments

The Gates Foundation Diagnostics Team invites you to complete a Request for Information on Innovative Diagnostic Devices for Priority Conditions Impacting LMICs by June 15, 2025.

The Diagnostics Team at the Gates Foundation focuses on developing affordable, scalable diagnostics and screening tools for tuberculosis, malaria, HIV, sexually transmitted infections, HPV, anaemia, pneumonia, Neglected Tropical Diseases and other infectious diseases, and aims to enable access to the highest-impact diagnostics for 1 billion people by 2035.

As a part of their broader efforts to advance diagnostics, they are interested in identifying devices and technologies with the greatest potential for clinical validation and scale-up in low- and middle-income country settings across their priority use cases listed above.

They invite companies and research organisations globally to submit information about relevant technologies—regardless of development stage—that may be suited for use in LMICs.
