
BIVDA’s newly-established HR Working Party will deliver a free for members one-day equality, diversity, and inclusivity event titled ‘Barriers to Inclusion’ on 30th April.
EDI is core to the success of any organisation and the medical diagnostics industry. It attracts and retains the best talent, helps that talent grow, and brings legitimacy. It is also a key statutory requirement.
Our event will bring together four leading speakers, who we will introduce in the coming weeks, before attendees have the opportunity to participate in themed workshops.
The outputs from this event will be bespoke to the IVD industry and translatable across all your business and personal activities.
The more diverse the attendance, the better the event will be. As well as senior leaders, we will also be asking for attendance from HR representatives and the change leaders within your organisation. We would value your support in enabling this and nominating suitable attendees.
