NICE have a number of roles available across their three HealthTech Committees:
- Diagnostics advisory committee
- Medical technologies advisory committee
- Interventional procedures advisory committee
Applicants may be appointed to any of the three committees, unless otherwise indicated during the interview process. They are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:
- NHS manager/NHS finance manager (multiple roles)
- Nurse or allied health professions (multiple roles)
- Clinical scientist or pathologist (multiple roles)
- Consultant in public health or Director of public health
- Medical director or associate medical director of an NHS Trust
- Consultants in a medical specialty (multiple roles – we would particularly welcome applicants specialising in genetics for one of the roles)
- Consultants who carry out interventional procedures (multiple roles – we would particularly welcome applicants from interventional radiology, interventional cardiology, ENT, clinical oncology and gastroenterology)
- Industry representation (multiple roles)
