The MHRA have provided an regarding increases in MHRA fees.
As outlined in their consultation response in March 2025, the existing one-off medical devices registration fee will rise from £240 to £261 per payable application in DORS. It is expected that this increase will come into effect in Q1 of the financial year 2025/2026.
The MHRA has recommended that companies begin preparing for the fee increase by submitting any TEMP (draft) applications created with the current fee, as these will be deleted from DORS at 5:00 pm on the day before the new fee is implemented.
