Attend the launch of the NIHR HealthTech Research Centre in In-Vitro Diagnostics (HRC IVD) where they will showcase their services and their offer for IVD innovation.
The event takes place on Friday 21 February 2025 at 09:30 – 15:00 at the Storey Club – Paddington Central.
HRC IVD is a centre of expertise offering research and navigation services for innovators in all stages of IVD development. Hosted by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, they help innovators translate their ideas into the clinical setting. The initial focus is on cancer, infectious and respiratory diseases, critical care, primary and social care.
At the launch you will hear from HRC, innovator, and ecosystem speakers, including BIVDA’s Helen Dent on:
- Their aims and ambitions for the HRC
- The support they offer innovators
- The impact they have had so far
- How they bring together the system to address unmet needs
- Their inclusive engagement with patients and the public
There will also be networking opportunities, exhibitors, and lunch provided.
