A formalised agenda has been released for the Infectious Diseases Working Party on the morning of 3rd July. We have already issued a large number of tickets and therefore only a few more remain, so make sure to sign-up soon.
We look forward to welcoming UKHSA to present on their diagnostics work as well as their X-ray irradiation capability for diagnostic development.
An update on BIVDA’s recent parliamentary engagement following the release of our community diagnostics report will be provided by co-chair Dr Jayne Ellis and Chief Executive Helen Dent.
The meeting will conclude with various break-out groups to discuss policy activity pertaining to Pharmacy First; designing a functioning, year-round NHS; and adopting a test prior to prescription approach to AMR.
