The next Genomics Working Party meeting will take place next week on Tuesday 24th June at 10:30am – 13:30pm and will be held online. The working party will be broken up into three Task and Finish groups with each having their own online meeting link.
The groups are focused on the following topics:
- Establishing more efficient pathways for new technologies to be identified and piloted in the NHS – led by Co-Chair Chris Allen, Thermo Fisher Scientific
- Developing an effective proposal for implementation of the new regulatory framework covering GDx in the UK – led by Co-Chair Prof. Philip Beer, Step Pharma
- Developing a map and guidance for members and stakeholders on pathways into commissioning of novel GDx – led by Angela Douglas MBE, President of BIVDA and former Deputy Chief Scientific Officer NHS England
