BIVDA is pleased to announce the launch of our new membership system and CRM, Glue Up, which has gone live Today, Wednesday 10th December 2025.
This upgraded platform will enhance how we communicate with you and provide easier access to exclusive member benefits — including events, webinars, and working party information — all in one place.
Through the Glue Up online portal or mobile app, you will also be able to personalise your communication preferences to ensure you receive timely updates relevant to your membership.
Today, all BIVDA members should receive an email with instructions on how to set up their My Glue account and download the Glue Up app. This transition represents an upgrade for members, with all existing BIVDA benefits remaining fully available.
We are also excited to share that a refreshed BIVDA website is planned for release early next year. Your Glue Up account will be accessible directly through the new site, and we will confirm the official launch date closer to the time.
We strongly encourage all members to register as soon as they receive their Glue Up notification email, and we look forward to providing an improved and more seamless membership experience.
