The Health and Safety Executive has published an updated GB MCL Mandatory Classification and Labelling of chemicals by UK HSE, applicable to chemicals placed on the GB market, impacting labelling and Safety Datasheets, and UK restrictions.
Neil Plumridge has created an updated BIVDA version of the spreadsheet highlighting differences compared with the EU. In this update, the Executive have added reports on copper substances, boronates and a few additional substances.
At this time the new reports and opinions have not been adopted into law yet, but are likely to be adopted in the near future.
