Production of plastic packaging alternatives aimed at reducing 10,000 tonnes of single-use plastic coatings can now be scaled up thanks to an Innovate UK Smart Grant. Next generation Xampla and the 2M Group of Companies have been awarded the funds, to support scaled up manufacturing in Milton Keynes of natural, biodegradable Morro materials for sustainable packaging.
