Forums recap on new waste reforms
A recap of the topics discussed, including introduction of Simpler Recycling waste collections in England, reform of the waste Carrier, Broker and Dealer regime in England, and introduction of Digital Waste Tracking in the UK.
Defra hosted a Participatory Design workshop on a vision for modulated fees on 24 October in London, which was attended by 135 stakeholders from across the value chain.
Call for independent packaging experts
As part of our ongoing engagement on the modulation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for packaging fees, we want to speak to independent experts such as academics, researchers, advisers and consultants.
