The Draft Circular Economy Strategy launched on 21 October, taking the lead from Scottish Government’s commitment to moving from a linear “take, make and dispose” economic model to a circular economy where materials and goods are valued and kept in use for as long as possible. This consultation will be live until 13 January.
The next consultation is the Draft Climate Change Plan which has been live since 6 November. The realities such as floods, heatwaves and wildfires, food shortages, displacement of communities and species loss “provide a stark reminder about the action we must take to limit further global warming”. You can respond to this consultation until 29 January.
Personal injury discount rate: inflation index and determining the judicial rate of interest
