Dear members, please see below message from MedTech Europe regarding the EU F Gas Regulation, and publication of the labelling implementation legislation.

With this e-mail, we would like to inform you that the Commission draft delegated act on the updated format for F-gases labels has been adopted on 2 September. The act is available at the link here.
By way of reminder, the Commission started launching a number of implementing acts in the Spring of 2024, with which it is implementing specific provisions from the revised F-Gases Regulation.
MedTech Europe consulted members on whether there is an impact from this proposed delegated act and if we should therefore engage. However, members considered there was no impact and MedTech Europe did not participate in the consultation.
We would like to draw your attention to the updated format requirements that relate to certain medical technologies/applications for:
- MDIs: Article 1 points 7(h); 11
- Technical aerosols (for medical use only): Article 1 points 12(d)-(f)
