European Commission has drafted a scientific dossier for an EU proposal for listing Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) and Dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6) in Annex B to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs).
ECHA are consulting on its proposal for adding D4, D5, D6 Siloxanes to the POPs convention.
Members are encouraged to respond to this consultation directly by 10 August if appropriate.
