ECHA have published a draft Community Rolling Action Plan (CoRAP) the years 2024-2026. This draft was submitted to the Member State Competent Authorities and the ECHA Member State Committee on 30 November. The Committee is expected to give its opinion on this document in February 2024. Based on the Committee’s opinion, ECHA aims to adopt and publish the CoRAP update for 2024-2026 on 19 March 2024. A justification document will accompany each substance on the CoRAP.
The workplan includes the review of substances suspected of posing a risk to human health or the environment. Substance evaluation is the process under REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (Articles 44 to 48) that allows generation of information for clarification of such potential risks. There are 28 substances included in the review. These can be found on pages 2-5.
