Scottish Environmental Protection Agency – Draft Environmental Strategy consultation

We would like to draw members’ attention to the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency consultation on the Draft Environmental Strategy.

This strategy will impact both businesses based in Scotland, but also members placing goods on the Scottish market. The consultation closes 29^th September 2025.

Please remember that Environmental issues are devolved to the four nations of the United Kingdom.

If you wish to comment on any aspects of the strategy, and would like BIVDA to submit a response, then please send any feedback to the questions to regulatory@bivda.org.uk by Close of Business 18^th September.

If there is a quorum, BIVDA will make a submission on behalf of members. We also recommend that individual companies respond to add weight to industry’s arguments.
