Directive (EU) 2024/1785 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 April 2024 amending Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control)

Please see this update to the Industrial Emissions legislation, which impacts EU industrial sites. This won’t apply directly in the UK (including NI) unless the UK Government decides to adopt the changes. It’s also likely to be a devolved matter for the UKs four nations (TBC).

Guidance on EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED) and Common charger Directive

The European Commission have recently published “Guidance for the interpretation of the Common Charger Directive” to assist with manufacturers comply with the RED amendment DIRECTIVE (EU) 2022/2380. They have also published a consolidated amended text for the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU.
