Want to inspire teenagers to become the next generation of biomedical scientists?
Future Biotechnologists is seeking sponsorship to help launch the BioInnovators Challenge – a UK-wide initiative engaging students aged 14–17 in real-world biotechnology and pharmaceutical problem-solving through hands-on investigation and creativity.
Designed for the TikTok and Instagram generation, the Challenge will combine science with social media, encouraging students to create content promoting the sector, the Challenge, and its sponsors.
The programme is especially focused on non-selective state-funded schools and areas of relative deprivation, with participating schools supported by young scientists, biotech entrepreneurs, and pharma professionals through mentorship and guidance.
Prizes will include real-world opportunities such as skills training, site visits, work experience, and internships across biotech, social media, PR, legal, and professional services.
