
The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) has launched a Singapore Life Sciences Trade Accelerator, set to help up to 30 SMEs across the life sciences sector enter the South-East Asian market.
Singapore has been selected for this pilot scheme as it comprises 40% of UK–Southeast Asia trade.
The BCC will help you achieve your trade goals by working alongside trusted in-market partners, aiding you every step of the way by guiding the process, removing friction, and equipping you to enter Singapore with confidence, credibility, and the right connections to succeed.
The programme typically lasts 6 months, with a timeline typically structured as:
- Month 1 Launch & Kick off
- Months 1-3 Virtual modules + mentoring
- Month 4 Mission preparation
- Month 5 Singapore trade mission
- Month 6 Follow up & deal activation

- All applications will be assessed by a panel with members from the British Chamber of Commerce (BCC) BritCham Singapore, a NatWest trade specialist, and a Life Sciences subject-matter expert or an independent industry expert
- Shortlisted applicants may be invited to one or more interviews with Trade accelerator panel
- Successful applicants will receive confirmation of their place in the 2026 cohort at any time during the application period but no later than within one month of submission deadline close
- Please note that participation in the programme carries a fee. By submitting this application, you acknowledge the programme fee of £5,000 + VAT.
- All interested parties will be required to source their own flights, accommodation, transportation and any cover any other travel-related costs which are not included in the trade accelerator fee.
- Once the application is accepted, signed and contract returned, an invoice for the trade accelerator fee will be issued. Final payment will be due in 30 days
